Refund and Exchanges
As our products are fresh and and made for delivery we are unable to accept returns. We do not cancel or refund orders once they have been placed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Afrodita will not issue refunds for orders shipped to the most recently updated address provided by the customer. Afrodita will not re-send items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is the customers responsibility to use promo codes correctly ( Etc. Free shipping codes for specified areas only) , we will not refund customers who use them incorrectly. See our shipping and delivery policy for more information. In the unlikely event of an order getting lost in the post we are not held accountable unless the customer has paid for the item to be sent tracked. If the item isn't sent tracked , it is up to the customer to go ahead and contact their local shipping service to investigate the whereabouts of their order. We keep proof of postage for every item we send and this can be sent by email upon request by the customer.
